The cooking class aims to introduce tourists to local traditions. Through an initial phase of demonstration by the island's cooks, it will then proceed to the involvement of the participants who will be able to be personally guided in the preparation of typical Capri dishes. At the end of the preparation everyone will then be able to eat what they have firsthand learned to cook. The result will be an alternative view of the place, with participants getting closer to the essence of the place.
